The Section 7 Meet is our championship qualifying race for the State meet. This is the culmination of our season's training and preparation.

Relay exchange rule
- Article 343.13 - Relay exchange:
- "In a team event, the exchange is achieved by the arriving competitor, with a tap of the hand on any part of the next competitor's body while both competitors are in the relay exchange zone. The next competitor may only enter the relay exchange zone when summoned. Any method of pushing the starting competitor is forbidden."
What to Bring
- Both Classic and Skate skis (waxed at Feb 3 wax session)
- Racing suit or team uniform
- Warm-ups and extra layers
- Water, snacks, and lunch

- Morning: Freestyle 5k
- Mid-day: Classic Sprint Relays
- Afternoon: Classic Pursuit
Course Information
Giants Ridge championship courses will be in prime condition for this important meet. This course will be identical to the state meet.
